Our vacation home rental is self-catering. This means that we provide these items to get you started for your stay, but that you'll need to supply whatever you need beyond what we list below: • New dish sponge • Paper towels • Dish soap • Dish washing capsules • Trash bags • Laundry detergent & dryer sheets • Toilet paper • Bathroom essentials including bath towels, hair dryer, hand mirror, hand soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner in each bathroom CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee only includes the basic cleaning and laundry of the villa. Please make every effort to leave the house as you found it. Our cleaning team will charge an additional fee which we’ll have to pass to you for any of the following: • Stained towels, bed sheets, bed and duvet covers, walls, furniture, or other items • Garbage pickup (garbage that is outside the trash can or trash bag) • Liquid or food spills • Any additional cleaning or treatment which delays the normal turnover of the house. TRASH PICKUP: • Trash pickup is daily • Have trash outside by 7am • Keep the trash bench lid closed especially overnight • All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags and cannot weigh more than 30 lbs. • Grocery bags are not allowed • Loose trash will not be picked up. • No liquids are allowed. • Boxes need to be folded flat QUIET HOURS: The resort's quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am and all guests are expected to abide by them. If you wish to file a noise complaint, please contact the guard house. GRILL: Propane Grill use is a $40 flat fee. Please request grill use prior to arrival for invoicing. Your safety is very important to us. By using the grill, you agree to abide by all grill rules posted by the grill. DELIVERIES: You can receive packages from UPS, Fedex and Amazon. The USPS does not deliver to the villa. You are able to receive food deliveries and driver will show their ID and your order/the property address to guard at gate. WIFI: Spectrum wifi is available throughout the villa with internet speeds up to 500mbps. POOL & SPA: Please note: The pool’s thermostat is set to the American Red Cross recommended temperature range for leisurely swimming of 83-86° (28-30° C). You also have the option of being able to use the spa jets and set the spa temperature (up to 102° F, 39° C) independently from the pool. The pool pump and heater do not run during the resort’s mandated quiet hours of 10 PM - 7 AM. Your desired water temperature may not be achieved, especially in colder months. The heat will already be on when you arrive. The spa will need to have breaks in order for the pool filter and pump to run properly. **Because guest safety, especially that of children around water, is so important to us, we have additional safety features in place. Only one door leading to the pool area will open and that door is alarmed. Adults wishing to bypass that alarm can find the bypass button higher up on the wall by the patio door (inside & outside) and by pushing the button will have 15 seconds to open and close the door before alarm sounds. There's also a top latch lock on the door aside from the normal lock. We strongly recommend that if children are present that not only the pool fence remain locked when not swimming, but that the door lock and top latch remain in place. These features aren't meant to take the place of supervision, but have been put in place because we care about safety.** BABY ITEMS: We have your little ones covered as we have two pack'n plays, one high chair, one toddler step stool and two baby gates in the villa available for use. PARKING: Parking is limited to the driveway (please don't block sidewalk) and additional parking is available in the overflow parking three homes down. No commercial vehicles, limousines, recreational vehicles, all-terrain, boats, or trailers may be kept on property. CAMERA: There is an external camera on the property for your safety and security of the property. The camera is a Ring doorbell at the front of the house mounted outside the front door. This camera records audio and video 24/7 when triggered by motion outside or use of doorbell. AIR CONDITIONING: A/C temperatures set between 68ºF-75ºF and set to Auto/Cool position. Any lower setting will cause the A/C unit to freeze up, resulting in considerable damage to the unit. Please ensure all doors and windows remain shut for equipment to function properly. NO ANIMALS: No pets or any type of animals allowed. A service animal must be communicated with Host prior to arrival and Guest agrees that any damage to the property (other than natural wear and tear) will be charged accordingly, per standard procedures for all Guests. INSPECTION: Prior to Guest checking in and upon check out, an inspection will take place in the home. We kindly request Guests to report to us in the event of any damages. If there is damage to the property (home or objects inside), the full cost to fix or replace the damaged is Guest’s responsibility. FINES: Parties are not permitted. Events/guests that exceed the home's maximum occupancy are not permitted. Smoking and vaping in home are not permitted. No smoking of marijuana anywhere on the property. No pets are permitted. Violations could result in a $1,000 fine plus extra cleaning / damage fees.
