Our vacation home rental is self-catering. This means that we provide these items for your stay but that you'll need to supply whatever you need beyond what we supply below: • One new dish sponge • Paper towels • Dish detergent • Trash bags • Toilet paper • Dish washing capsules • Hand soap, body wash/shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom <B>CLEANING FEE</b> The cleaning fee only includes the basic cleaning of the house. Please make every effort to leave the house as you found it (plus normal wear and tear). Our cleaning team will charge an additional fee which we’ll have to pass to you for any of the following: • Stained towels, bedsheets, bed and duvet covers, walls, furniture, or other items • Garbage pickup (garbage that is outside the trash can or trash bag) • Liquid or food spills • Any additional cleaning or treatment which delays the normal turnover of the house. <B>TRASH</b> • Trash pickup is daily • Have trash outside by 8am • Keep trash bench lid closed • All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags and cannot weigh more than 30 lbs. • Grocery bags are not allowed • Loose trash will not be picked up. • No liquids are allowed. • Boxes need to be folded flat <B>QUIET HOURS</b> The resort's quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM and all guests are expected to abide by them. If you wish to file a noise complaint, please contact the after hours patrol or Sheriff by calling the number in the Welcome Book. <B>POOL & SPA</b> After a busy day, come home and relax in your heated pool and spa (facing north). Or, enjoy a nice dinner together by the pool at the comfortable outdoor dining set. Please note: The pool’s thermostat is set to the American Red Cross recommended temperature range for leisurely swimming of 83-86° (28-30° C). You also have the option of being able to use the spa jets and set the spa temperature (up to 102° F, 39° C) independently from the pool. The pool pump and heater do not run during the resort’s mandated quiet hours of 10 PM - 7 AM. Your desired water temperature may not be achieved, especially in colder months. The pool heat will already be on when you arrive. The spa will need to have breaks in order for the pool filter and pump to run properly. **Because guest safety, especially that of children around water, is so important to us, we have additional safety features in place. Only one door leading to the pool area will open and that door is alarmed. Adults wishing to bypass that alarm can find the bypass button higher up on the wall (inside & outside) and by pushing the button will have 15 seconds to open and close the door before alarm sounds. There's also a top latch lock on the door aside from the normal lock. We strongly recommend that if children are present that not only the pool fence remains locked when not swimming, but that the door lock and top latch remain in place. These features aren't meant to take the place of supervision, but have been put in place because we care about safety.** <B>GRILL</b> Propane Grill use is a $40 flat fee. Please request grill use prior to arrival for invoicing. Your safety is very important to us. By using the grill, you agree to abide by all grill rules posted by the grill. <B>DELIVERIES</b> You can receive packages from UPS, Fedex and Amazon. The USPS does not deliver to the villa. You are able to receive food deliveries. Driver will show their ID and your order/the property address to guard at gate. <B>WIFI</b> Spectrum wifi is available throughout the villa with internet speeds up to 500mbps. <B>BABY ITEMS</b> We have a two pack'n play, one highchair, one toddler step stool and two baby gates stored in the villa available for use. <B>PARKING</b> Parking is limited to the driveway and additional parking spaces can be found in front of the home and in overflow parking area. No blocking sidewalks. No commercial vehicles, limousines, recreational vehicles, all-terrain, boats, or trailers may be kept on property. <B>CAMERA</b> There is an external camera on the property for your safety and security of the property. The camera is a Ring doorbell at the front of the house mounted outside the front door. This camera records audio and video 24/7 when triggered by motion outside or use of doorbell. <B>FINES</b> Parties are not permitted. Events/guests that exceed the home's maximum occupancy are not permitted. Smoking and vaping in home are not permitted. No pets are permitted. Violations could result in a $1,000 fine plus extra cleaning / damage fees. <B>COMMUNICATION</b> If you have questions prior to booking email us at Support@StargazerRentals.com. After booking please reach out to us through the booking messages. We answer messages daily between 8am - 8pm. Upon arrival to the villa, there is a digital welcome book posted on the entry table with info on the villa, resort and surrounding area that will be helpful during your stay.
